This highly textured and studded cluster Diamond and Sapphire Necklace is a one of a kind beauty.

Perched atop a V shaped cluster of Katie's signature delicate sea sponge or coral reef inspired texture are a total of 20 natural Blue Sapphires and lab grown Diamonds in an organic clustered pattern.   Beautifully balanced and slightly asymmetrical, this necklace has plenty of flash and makes a stunner of a stand alone piece -- but it's also sized perfectly to wear stacked with other necklaces if you so choose.
