These unique and rare gemstones are a mix of distinctly different colors, and can feature soft transitions in color or distinctive transitions in color, and some even display one of a kind striations or striped patterns where colors combine.  

Yellow and Green combinations are the most common Parti Sapphire color combinations.  Rarer color combinations include shades of purple and tri-color combinations.
